We pride ourselves on recruiting and sustaining good quality staff. Our support staff are allocated to match their skills with our service users’ needs.
It is vital to minimize travelling distances in order to support good time attendance, therefore most of our staff are sourced locally.
In addition to the direct support staff our leaders are available for further support where necessary.
Care staff work on a Rota system which ensures that the service is staffed by the appropriate number and skill mix, including weekends and public holidays.
New employees are inducted to National Training Organisation standards within 12 weeks of employment. We manage and train our employees with the aim that all our support staff can work towards an RQF diploma. The training they receive is both mandatory and statutory as well as role specific, they are further offered continuous professional development opportunities.
